Five canvases, each 48" x 30", hung side by side to form a map of our home state. About 50 of our most loved landmarks stretch from the mountains to the coast, and the collection now lives in a large office space in Raleigh.
This was a huge project and truly the first of its kind. It was a challenge in every sense, and I'm so glad I said yes. Beneath all that oil paint are hours of sketching, mapping, measuring, and planning to make sure every landmark landed in just the right place. I poured so much love into every inch of these canvases, and seeing them come together as one piece on the wall was a moment I won't forget.
