Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Shipping
Most original artworks ship free within the United States. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery — each piece is handled with care by our small, dedicated team.

Shipping Quotes
For pieces where free shipping isn't listed, costs are calculated based on:

  • Final dimensions (including frame)
  • Total packaged weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Packaging requirements

You'll always receive a shipping quote for your approval before anything is dispatched.

Carriers & Size Guidelines
We use the safest and most appropriate carrier for each piece:

  • Standard pieces: UPS or FedEx
  • Large pieces over 45" × 45": Navis Pack & Ship specialists

Please note: once a piece exceeds 45" × 45" and requires freight or custom crating, shipping costs increase due to crating, freight handling, and insurance requirements. You will always be informed in advance if this applies.

Packaging Standards
Every work leaves the studio professionally packaged with protective wrapping, corner guards, and reinforced cartons. Large-scale pieces handled by Navis are custom crated for maximum protection.

Insurance
All shipped artwork is insured for the full purchase value during transit. Please inspect your piece upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if any concerns arise.

Direct Delivery
We offer direct delivery within 140 miles of our gallery in Downtown Cary, NC.

  • Standard delivery: $55/hour (round-trip travel time included)
  • Oversized pieces (over 48" × 60"): An additional $75/hour applies to cover specialty vehicle requirements. You will be notified in advance if this is needed.

Installation & Hanging
Our delivery team is happy to assist placing artwork onto existing, properly installed hardware. Please note we are unable to drill into walls, install anchors, or mount hardware. Collectors are responsible for ensuring all hanging hardware is professionally installed and capable of supporting the weight of the artwork prior to delivery.

International Shipping
International shipping is available. Rates vary by destination and package specifications. Please contact us before purchasing so we can arrange a custom quote.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided once shipping arrangements are finalized and vary based on carrier scheduling, crating requirements, and destination.
