Return & Exchange Policy
Every original piece is made with intention. We want you to feel proud and connected to the work you bring home.
Original Artwork Purchases
All original artwork sales are final. That said, we want every collector to feel confident in their investment.
- Exchanges or gallery credit may be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, provided the packaging is undamaged
- The collector is responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and handling costs
- Gallery credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued
Commissions & Custom Work
Commissioned pieces are created specifically for each collector and are considered final sale. In the rare event that a finished commission isn't the right fit, the amount paid may be applied as gallery credit toward any available original work.
Your investment stays with the gallery — and you find a piece that truly resonates.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
