Art by Shalimar is a contemporary oil painting studio and gallery founded by Shalimar Waffa in Downtown Cary, NC. Every piece is an original, built in her pastelo style (oil applied directly from the tube to palette knife), creating impasto, layered textures rooted in personal story and emotion. From serene abstracts to bold florals, Shalimar's work has found its way into homes across 38 states, Canada, Europe, and Australia. No prints. No reproductions. Just original art, shipped free.
