Bouquet of Peace Homage is a 14x18 from Homage, my spring 2023 collection, where I studied the masters and painted my own take on the works I love. This one honors Picasso's Bouquet of Peace, and I kept the joy of those simple, hopeful flowers while giving them my own thick, textured petals.

Framing
Sold unframed. Handmade wooden frames, locally crafted, are available on request.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every original arrives with a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming it is one of a kind, never reproduced, and documenting its provenance.
Care
Finished with a protective varnish. Dust gently with a dry microfiber cloth, no water or sprays. Keep out of direct sunlight. Oils can take up to 12 months to fully cure, so avoid placing anything on the surface. Framing is recommended for long term protection.
The Artist
Shalimar Waffa paints in her signature pastelo style, building thick layers of oil straight onto canvas with a palette knife. Meet the artist.
